Pumpkin enjoys participating in photo contests so much, that we have decided that Superbuddy Pets should host one of our own.  So we are happy to announce the "Make Me Green with Envy" contest, just in time for St. Patrick's Day.
 
Have you ever read a pet blog and felt jealous of the pets in the blog?  Do you ever see pets with designer clothes, homemade food, and special furniture and wish you could be adopted by their owners too?  The idea of this contest is to submit a pet photo that will make humans green with envy.

Just to give you an idea - here is a picture of Pumpkin with her very own iPod. Now Pumpkin is so spoiled she is jealous of her friends with the newer "iBone" model.



The first, second, and third prize winners will receive the pet t-shirt of their choice from Superbuddy Pets and have their photos published here on the Superbuddy Pets blog.

Rules and Details:

• Submit photos to heather@superbuddypets.com.
  
  
• Due to shipping costs, contest is open to adults over the age of 18 in the Continental US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Sorry, no international entries will be considered.
  
  
• Entries must be sent via email, one entry per pet please.
  
  
• By submitting a photo to the contest, you verify that you are the legal copyright holder for that photo and you grant Superbuddy Pets the right to reprint the photo on their web site for purposes of the contest.
  
  
• Include your pet's name, type of pet or breed, and why we should be green with envy over them.
  
  
• Submission deadline is midnight (US Central Time), March 13 2008. Winners will be notified via email and announced on the web site on March 17 2008 or shortly thereafter.  Judging is done by Superbuddy Pets and all decisions are final.
  
  
• By entering, you agree to allow Superbuddy Pets to display your photo on the web site (http://www.superbuddypets.com) and blog (http://blog.superbuddypets.com) for the purpose of displaying the results of this contest and promoting this or future photo contests.
  
  
• Superbuddy Pets will request that winners submit their mailing information and pet t-shirt of their choice after notification.  T-shirts will be shipped within 2 weeks of receiving address and t-shirt selection information.
  
  
• Pet t-shirts fit dogs up to 80lbs depending on body build. See sizing information for details.
