Dog Friendly BBQ
On Sunday, Mom took me on a really cool adventure. We got on the bus and got off here:
A fancy hotel with a limo in front, sounds like a perfect place for a celebrity to hang out.

I got out of my carrier and found myself at a Dog Friendly BBQ on the Hyatt patio. Yummy! They had a special dog menu with treats for me. I got my own place mat and bowls.

As if it was not already exciting enough to eat outside with my mom at a BBQ, my Teacher Laura appeared! It turns out that starting next week, Laura is going to bring agilities to the BBQ for all the dogs to try out. And she is going to do dog training demos to show the effectiveness of positive training techniques.

Now you know I am a model and generally I am very professional. I know that when you are modeling you are supposed to look at the camera. But in the above photo I could not help myself, I was fixated on Mom's yummy chicken.
Despite my slip-up, my modeling career is still on track. My picture is being used on the Prairie District Neighborhood Alliance web site to promote future Dog Friendly BBQs. Check it out to see me and learn more about upcoming BBQs.
Instead of taking the bus, Mommy and I walked home. I got to smell so many new smells and do business in so many new places. That was so fun! I wish Mommy could take me every week, but she has this stupid thing called "band practice" so we can only go sometimes. I can't wait for the next time!

Hey Pumpkin,
I seriously gotta start thinking about moving to Chicago, you're always doing such super cool stuff!
And model or not, there is no way any dog could take their eyes off that delish-looking chicken!
