Hello, Pumpkin here!

Well I had a great weekend because it was the Kriser's Halloween Party! In addition to having lots of treats and a costume contest, my favorite PhoDOGrapher Mike Lavoie was there to take pictures. Finally I have some shots that do my costume justice. Now you can see I look exactly like Katy Perry from the "California Gurls" video.



Here you can see I had "Daisy Dukes, bikini on top!" Mom crocheted my cupcakes and created my shorts by cutting down jeans meant for newborn human babies.



Menace coached me on my entry. He said to think of this not as a costume contest, but as an acting contest. Showing the same sassy spirit as Katy Perry helped me wow the judges.



Thanks to my acting talent, I won first prize! I got a bag full of treats and grooming coupons. I think I will give Menace the grooming coupon for his 10%, what do you think? I think he would look great in a lion cut!



I cannot rest on my laurels because Halloween has not arrived and there are some big contests yet to come. There will be some stiff competition at the Prairie District Neighborhood Association party I am sure!
